Blessed Rest:
Gentle + Restorative Yoga

We will begin with gentle movement followed by restorative postures with our pillows! Together, let’s take a break and melt into deeper states of rest and relaxation.  This class inspired Payal to create her card deck Blessed Rest by Payal ™.

If you don't have Zoom, please download it before class - https://www.zoom.us/. I will send you an email with the link before class.

Once you have clicked the zoom link I send, please mute your video (lower left corner of screen)! That way we can all practice in peace and without distractions. 

For class I recommend you have the following items:

  • two to three firm standard size pillows (these can be cushions from your sofa too!)

  • one eye mask / wash cloth / small towel or something to cover your eyes

  • one blanket or full size towel to cozy up 

  • two yoga blocks 

  • yoga mat is not essential if you don’t have one, perhaps practice on a rug.

Also feel free to light a candle or apply aromatherapy, anything that adds to your comfort!

Yoga is an individual experience. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. You acknowledge that in yoga class you will progress at your own pace.  Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.

Your participation online through technologies like Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc. verifies that you are physically fit to participate in yoga classes and a licensed medical doctor has verified your physical condition for this type of class. You acknowledge yoga classes expose you to a possible risk of personal injury. You are fully aware of this risk and hereby release Payal Satish Parekh and PAYAL ARTS INTERNATIONAL LLC from any and all liability, negligence or other claims arising from or in any way connected with your participation in online yoga classes.

There are no refunds for these classes. Payments are accepted through VENMO ($20 per class).
